First of all, lemme praise ya on the shading you've applied to this. It gives a real feel of volume, and the color selection is overall well done. The background is a lil' too dark (not to mention a lil' unsaturated), but I believe that's the lineart layer's fault, since the white area isn't as white as I'm sure you'd want it to be.
A way to prepare penciled linearts for digital coloring would be playing around with the contrast options. This way you'll remove unwanted gray tones automatically.
One more thing: pay attention to the brush. It seems like, in the background, some of the white has trespassed to the pink area. Be patient when coloring, and if doing it fast leads to errors, then slow down.
As for anatomy... well, it's a chibi, so there's not much to say about it. Though, I do believe her top hairline is a little too high. One last thing: next time you draw something on a plate, draw the plate first. It's easier to draw something over a plate than to try to draw a plate around something.
And that'll be it. Hope this turns out useful for any of your future works! ^^
